About Us

Brondon Mathis is director of Yeshua Life Center, a ministry dedicated to training up Watchmen, Intercessors, Worshipers and Forerunner messengers for facilitating city-wide 24/7 prayer, worship and evangelism for racial reconciliation and regional transformation. He is committed to building God's house of prayer for all races, praying for the release of the fullness of God's power and purpose in Columbus Ohio and abroad.

He is also director of Hope for Columbus, a City-wide initiative to establish 24/7 prayer rooms throughout Central Ohio for regional transformation.

In the summer of August 2015 Hope for Columbus launched this vision by conducting 10 days of 24hr prayer, worship and evangelism at a church called Shiloh Christian Center in Downtown Columbus, in the center of the city, that has been going non-stop, prayer, worship and evangelism since. Shiloh Christian Center is now a city-wide prayer room where varied races, denominations and congregations gather day and night.

Brondon has been an ordained minister for 29 years and has traveled throughout the United States and the world to such places as Africa, Brazil, Israel, Turkey, throughout Europe, the Caribbean, North America, and Japan, as a minister, author and inspirational/motivational speaker. He has been a Pastor, a Missionary evangelist, and a Teacher in the body of Christ.

He served 8 years on the Pastoral Staff at World Harvest Church in Columbus Ohio, where he taught as an instructor at World Harvest Bible College, (Now Valor Christian College), as well as serving as the Outreach director for 6 years.

He also served for a time on staff at the International House of Prayer in Kansas City from 2009-12.

Brondon Mathis is a graduate of Valor Christian College in Columbus Ohio, having also attended the University of Cincinnati, and Franklin University, with Degrees in non-profit Administration, Counseling and Grief crisis intervention, and Social services and Community Development.

While on staff at World Harvest Church, as director of Evangelism and Outreach, he established and operated its urban ministries, called Metro Harvest Church - an outreach church comprised of four satellite community centers on each side of town, called Hope Centers. These Hope Centers were established to minister to thousands in the urban centers of Columbus Ohio through tent revival services, mass feeding distributions, and social and civic evangelism, through job fairs, health fairs, and economic empowerment classes.

Over a 5 year period over 10,000 people were ministered to the gospel of Jesus Christ and trained to go from the government welfare system and from the government projects, many of them entering the work force and community engagement through this urban outreach church. He subsequently worked with the Mayor and the Chief of Police to curtail crime and lawlessness in these government projects and at-risk communities through the power of prayer, mass evangelism, and social action.

In 2016 he was invited to speak at the Republican National Convention on social justice in the Urban communities from a biblical context. He subsequently presented a plan to both candidates for the 2016 Presidency, to transform at-risk communities, called "The New Deal to the African-American Urban Poor," which 2016 Presidential Candidate, Donald Trump used in a speech a month before he was elected President of the United States. Brondon was later invited to the White House in May of 2017.

Brondon has authored 13 books on urban transformation and racial reconciliation through, prayer, worship, and evangelism in at-risk communities, sharing the truths that brought this urban renewal and revival to the inner-city of Columbus Ohio from 2003-2008.

Brondon has been married to Noe Mathis for 24 years and they have 5 children. Shekinah, Israeli, Imanuel, Aharon, and Hannah-Aliyah.
