PASSOVER MIRACLE OF $250,000 CASH HOME PURCHASE

The Feast of Passover begins what is referred to in Galatians 6:9 as Due Season. A time of both sowing and reaping your DUE season Harvest.
Over the past generation we have often been taught how to sow, but not as much how to reap.....
Reaping season is connected to understanding the seasons and appointed times of the Feasts of the Lord, of Passover, Pentecost and Tabernacles.
Testimony of Cash Purchase of our present House of $250,000.00
As I said yesterday, each year for 25 years Noe and I have looked to sow no less than a supernatural seed of $1000, targeted towards Gods promises to us for that year. And we've seen some of the most unbelieveable miracle, breakthrough, harvests in every area of our life and family.
I want to briefly share one of those miracles with you....
In 2016 our house we were leasing was put on the market by the owner. She had decided she wanted to sale the house and asked if we were ready to buy. My wife, Noe, sensed at the beginning of that year, we were to purchase the house we had been leasing for 3 years, since moving back from the International house of prayer in Kansas City, . So when the owner approached us at the end of January, we knew we were to buy the house, but not through a bank loan.
So we told the owner we would buy the house from her, but we would not go through the bank. She was a little hestitant, but she agreed to trust us to buy the $250,000.00 house, CASH.
We immediately looked to get a $1000 supernatural seed to sow in the spring season of that year for the Feast of Passover. We had seen God do it before, but every time, the need seemed insurmountable.
As is our custom, we challenged our prayer community to do the same....And many people joined in the sowing of this supernatural seed. There were many miracles that came forth that year, but one particularly stood out that year.
One young man in our prayer community that sowed his $1000 supernatural seed, received an email 3 to four weeks after Passover that a long lost Grandfather of his wayward father, who he did not know, had left him an Estate worth millions in property and cash.
In the meantime, we had sowed our seed for our house, not telling our community that we needed to raise $250,000 by July of that summer or we would have to move. God had told us He didn't want us to make the need known, except to those we trusted to pray with us, or to those He prompted us to ask.
This young man was one of our faithful intercessors, so I was led to share with him our need, to pray with us, not thinking that he had the means to help us financially, and not knowing he had become an inheritor of an estate (He hadn't told anybody, understandably). And when I asked him to pray, he agreed to do just that. Never mentioning the estate.
In the meantime, the first date for the first $20,000 earnest payment was due. We were asked to meet the owner at a restaurant to sign the purchase agreement, and give the $20,000 check. However, we didn't have ONE DIME. I was just about to postpone the meeting to avoid telling her we didn't have the down payment. But God said, "Keep the scheduled meeting. So we went with no money.
When we got there, the owner took out the contract and began to go over it with us. However, as she was reading it, halfway through she realized she had the wrong contract. She began apologizing profusely, while stating she would have to reschedule the meeting. But it would need to be after she returned from vacation, which she was preparing to leave for after our meeting. We never let on that we didn't have the money. We even ended up having to console her because of how bad she felt about bringing the wrong contract.
After she returned from vacation she reached out to reschedule the meeting to pay the earnest payment and close on the house. We still did not have any money. ALL WE HAD WAS A SEED AND A WORD. So we went to the second meeting. And lo and behold, the same thing happened. This time she had typed the wrong price amount on the contract. And for the second time, the meeting needed to be rescheduled. However, between the 2nd meeting and the 3rd meeting, I received a call from the young man who had received the estate. He said, Brondon, I can buy your house for you.
I said WHAT??? YOU??? HOW??? He began telling me his testimony and then said, where do I need to go to pay for the house. By the third meeting we had $250,000.00 to buy our 5 bedroom 2 car garage house in an upper class suburb of Columbus Ohio.
2021 Our year of the release of the Family, houses, land property and acquisitions.
A few weeks ago God spoke to us about 2021 being a year of the restoration of the blessing on families and the release of houses, land, property and acquisitions.
In 2021 we will look to sow our Passover seed towards our greatest harvest of household salvation, reconciliation of families, and marital relationships and the release of land, property, homes and acquisitions. I believe God wants to release the greatest harvest you've ever reaped out of this worldwide pandemic.
