Plagues in the Bible were always attached to Rebellion in the earth. Such was the case with the Plague released in 2 Samuel 24:1-25 When David sinned in numbering the Camp.  As we meditate on how David stopped the plague in Israel, I believe we can gain wisdom from God on how to stop this COVID 19 plague in the earth.
