GOD IS SHIFTING US FROM A PAST SEASON OF SORROW TO A SEASON OF JOY AND HOPE FOR TOMORROW.
Make us glad in proportion to the days You have afflicted us, And the years we have suffered evil. Psalms 90:15 AMP
Let Your work [the signs of Your power] be revealed to Your servants And Your [glorious] majesty to their children.Psalms 90:16 AMP
God’s word is what shifts our seasons from one season to another. When God wants to shift our seasons He will speak a Word to us, taking us from whatever we've been in to what it was all for. THERE'S A PURPOSE FOR OUR PAIN.
Last season was definitely filled with sorrow for my family and I, with the tragic death of my neices husband on Father's day, and the passing with COVID of my wife's parents. But in the midst of the loss and sorrow of 2021, God shifted me from the Grief of that season with the Word from Isaiah 57:1; Hebrews 11:13; 39
The righteous man perishes [at the hand of evil], and no one takes it to heart; Faithful and devout men are taken away, while no one understands That the righteous person is taken away [to be spared] from disaster and evil. He enters into peace [through death]; They rest in their beds (graves), Each one who walked uprightly [following God’s will, living with integrity]. Isaiah 57:1-2 AMP
All these died in faith [guided and sustained by it], without receiving the [tangible fulfillment of God’s] promises, only having seen (anticipated) them and having welcomed them from a distance, and having acknowledged that they were strangers and exiles on the earth. Hebrews 11:13 AMP
And all of these, though they gained [divine] approval through their faith, did not receive [the fulfillment of] what was promised, because God had us in mind and had something better for us, so that they [these men and women of authentic faith] would not be made perfect [that is, completed in Him] apart from us. Hebrews 11:39-40 AMP
LET GOD SHIFT OUR SEASONS FROM THE PANDEMIC SEASON OF SORROW IN DEATH TO THE SEASON OF JOY IN LIFE, BY THE WORD OF GOD.
